How to export ActiveSync user via Exchange Management Shell

Our mail server was running on Exchange 2007. By default,Activesync is enable to all mailbox user but not all user using it. It is possible to export the list of user who use activesync?

 get-casmailbox -resultsize unlimited | ?{$_.hasactivesyncdevicepartnership -eq $true}

just type it as it is | the pipeline and after it ? the question mark

What i want to ask is the meaning of ? (question mark). ? mean what...it is mean all current Activesync user?

? replaces the command where

 get-casmailbox -resultsize unlimited | where {$_.hasactivesyncdevicepartnership -eq $true}
