HP tape Drive is offline

Hi There,
After a restart to Backup Exec 2010 Server, tape drive is offline, i have checked the drivers and the cables, unplug and plug the SCSI card that connect Tape drive to the server but the tape is still offline, please help me to sort out this issue.

sorry for this kind of comment but sometimes people don't know : you need to restart the server after each plug-unplug operationon SCSI channel.
On which OS are you ?

I have done that, i am running windows server 2008.
I have backup exec duplicated the tape drive so i deleted the offline tape and directed the backup jobs to the ready tape.

Do yo see SCSI Card and HP tape drive in Device manager ?
