How can i  create eForms in Sharepoint Foundation 2010 server?
Please kindly teach steps or study guide.

I already install Sharepoint Desinger 2010, but it seems not for build form or workflow.

You can build a custom form using SharePoint designer. Here is a walkthrough (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint-designer-help/create-a-custom-list-form-using-sharepoint-designer-HA010378258.aspx.

You can also build simple workflows using SharePoint Designer - here is quite nice collection of articles - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint-designer-help/CH010373544.aspx
