Hi all,

i would be interested in knowing if it would be possible to add the reviewers name to the balloon which reflects the changes. Attached a screen shot with the ballons. If i pass the mouse pointer over the balloon i can see the reviewers name, but just on that moment, would it be possible to see the reviewer name at the balloon as part of it?
thanks

I am afraid you cannot get what you want. It may because Microsoft assumes that the author information you get when you hover the mouse within the balloon is already enough. Besides, you may have options to display only comments of specific author.

The link below will give you more insights that related to your issue.

thyet,

I tried to figure it out with my Word 2007 however, I could not make it. This feature might not yet still included in the 2007 version.

Sincerely,
Ed
