I have a client whose Internet browser keeps crashing on their computer and they can not surf the web.

The computer was reinstalled for them about 2 months ago.
It was running beautifully till they updated a piece of online ordering software that they needed for work.  Something happened during the install of this software and since then IE8 has not worked at all.  It keeps recovering the tab then just closes.

I installed Mozilla Firefox and the same issue is occuring, something is crashing the Internet browsers on this computer.  Everything else seems to be working fine.

Does anyone know any suggestions I can try to resolve?

I have re-installed IE8 to see if that would fix the error but to no avail.
