I have a client whose Internet browser keeps crashing on their computer and they can not surf the web.<br />

The computer was reinstalled for them about 2 months ago.<br />
It was running beautifully till they updated a piece of online ordering software that they needed for work. &nbsp;Something happened during the install of this software and since then IE8 has not worked at all. &nbsp;It keeps recovering the tab then just closes.<br />

I installed Mozilla Firefox and the same issue is occuring, something is crashing the Internet browsers on this computer. &nbsp;Everything else seems to be working fine.<br />
<br />
Does anyone know any suggestions I can try to resolve?<br />

I have re-installed IE8 to see if that would fix the error but to no avail.<br />
