I have recently migrated exchange from 2003 to 2010. Everything works except our NBX 100 can no longer send boice messages by email. The new primary and secondary DNS records have been set in the nbx100 but still nothing happens. Has anybody ever encountered this problem.

Thanks

Please have a read of the following blog article:

http://exchangepedia.com/2007/01/exchange-server-2007-how-to-allow-relaying.html

You need to allow the NBX 100 to relay via the Exchange 2010 server and the blog should help you to set this up.
