Printer Keeps Printing Same Pages Almost Every Day

I have a client that is having problems with two separate printers.  The first is an HP LaserJet 1320N which is printing out the same pages of information almost every day.  It happens around the same time of day, which is mid morning.  What is printing out on one printer is two separate PDF files that were originally printed off of a web site.  I have checked the print queues on the computer that they think printed them and nothing is stuck there.

The other is an HP Color LaserJet 2500CN which does roughly the same thing but is more random, it prints out large print jobs instead of single pages.

Try this:
1. On the taskbar, click Start, and then click Run.

2. Enter the following:

net stop spooler (and hit enter)

3. Delete all files in the following folder:

C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Printers

4. Once the spool files are deleted, start the spooler again:

net start spooler

Try restarting the printer to clear the memory.

It appears that a computer that they didn't think would have printed to either of those printers had a bunch of documents stuck in the spool.  They were marked 'printed' in the print spooler for each printer so I deleted all of those.  There were also a bunch in C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Printers after everything was deleted from the queues so I stopped the spooler service and deleted those as well.

Thanks!
