Hello,

During the domain setup in plesk control panel if you do not check 'www', you will see that problem. You need to delete the domain and recreate it with the 'www' option enabled or you need to talk to your host where they might use some scripts to fix that.

Hello,

Delete the CNAME and add the 'www' as A record and point it to 78.159.121.99. After doing that flush DNS in your PC and try it. It should solve the problem.

You can see the article : http://service.experthost.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=90 and give it time to be propagated as well.

Hello,

of course there should be an option in the control panel. if you are not sure about that, you better ask parallel support. unfortunately, i haven't checked yet plesk 10 version.
