Experts.

I have few log shipping jobs failed the reason is, see error:

RESTORE LOG is terminating abnormally. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 3013)  Cannot open backup device 'X:\abc-logbackup\tlog201010292205.TRN'. Device error or device off-line. See the SQL Server error log for more details. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 3201).  The step failed.

I checked standby server, it is running fine. any solution?

Does the file exists? If so try copying the original from the source server.

If that doesnt work you may have to restore a full backup from after that transaction log backup as it may be corrupted.

when status is Loading. It means the resotre process is not complete.
Wait till the restores process completes.

Yes, Restoring Database will not affect your cluster.
You are doing database level changes only.

When transaction log shipping is running, the destination database will always be in a "Restoring" state. Unless you have it in standby mode. Which means that it is still in a restoring state but you can read the data.
