I am having issues where some users are recieving blamk emails on their BB device. This appears to be random.
They will be able to open and view emails then they get one from a user that they have been able to open and view before but now the mail is blank.
In testing I have tried HTML, RTF and plain test to the users and they are able to open and view them all

A couple of possible causes:

There was an issue a little while back I heard of where emals containing a later version of HTML than currently supported by BES could not be rendered. This was especially problematic with gmail, who are always trying to pack the latest and greatest technology into all of their products. Try opening one of the blank emails, press the menu key, and there should be an option for "Get Plain Text".

To test this try sending some colourful emails from gmail and see what happens.

There was also a similar incompatibility between exchange 5.5 and BES where the solution was to turn off "rich content" on the BES.

Hope this helps.

I have tried the get plain text setting already on the BB devices but it didn't work. I have just made the change to the BES for turning off rich content and now fingers crossed ;)

I will let you know if this has helped
