Hi all.  I am looking at implementing a scenario that allows a user to request wifi access from a website for access to all of my company wireless access points.  How would I go about doing this?

There are manufacturers that make wireless access control devices for what you are asking for.  If you work with Cisco AP's, then you can use the CIsco WLSM stand-alone product or the CIsco WiSM which is an inline blade that can be installed in a Cisco 6500 series switch.  You can customize the login page, manage all the wireless AP's from one location, add users, add guest users, etc.
