Outlook synching issues

Have a user who is "experiencing synching issues in Outlook 2007 calendar."
Appointments are "disappearing".

Because I am not aware what is done to the calendar on a daily basis, cannot tell who may be deleting items from the user's calendar.

The assistant has full rights to the mailbox.

Would welcome any suggestions.

Possible the Assistant is accidently deleting things.

You could attempt to recreate the local mail profile.

Do you have any error messages or anything specific we can work with?

I did recreate the user's Outlook profile yesterday.  We'll have to see what impact, if any, that has.

User's hardrive was about to die.

Had to replace her pc.
