when trying to move a file from a network sahre to another network share error says file is open when it's not
:  Error says file is open but it's not.  This usually occurs after I have recently closed the file, then go to move the file to another directory.

A reboot generally releases all file handles.     After hours of course.

If I open a folder, then close the folder, then cut and paste the folder to another directory (network share) this is when I get the error that says the folder is already open
