I created a Recovery Storage Group and then trying to restore the db from a back and i get these errors from the Event Viewer&gt;&gt;Application

Basically you tell the backup software to restore over the original DB, exchange sees this restore and if it has a matching DB in the RSG it redirects the restore to the RSG. 
You can Untick the &quot;this database can be overwritten by a restore &quot;&nbsp;box if you are scared by what I said above.

Use exmerge to extract the data out of the mailboxes in the recovery storage group to PST and then import the ones you want or access the PSTs via Outlook

You can't attach users to mailboxes in the RSG, you will need to give the recreated users mailboxes and then import the data into them. Or just use the PSTs from exmerge if you only want the data.

I followed the direction and i'm getting this error. &nbsp;My file path is correct because I copied it from the address bar and replaced all the spaces with &quot;_&quot; &nbsp;
