Yes the other user can log in via OWA no problem. &nbsp;They also appear in the GAL.

If you did an inplace upgrade, delete the current exchange profile/account from the Mail icon in the control panel. &nbsp;Create a new one, add the correct account, then add the additional mailbox

no, you should not do anything with exchange configuration, try to add this 2 more step<br />
_ if you don't have default gateway try to add one to the client configuration (anyone)<br />
_ from account configuration &gt;&nbsp;security tab &gt;&nbsp;change Negotiate Authentication to NTLM

Not sure what you mean about the gateway. &nbsp;Of course there is a gateway on the adapter that points at the firewall. &nbsp;I tried changing to NTLM but that does nothing either.

so you need to reset it's permission, goto the user properties in AD exchange advanced mailbox rights<br />

I upgraded a user to Outlook 2007. &nbsp;On their old 2003 setup the user had access to someone else's mailbox in their Outlook. &nbsp;When I try and add that users box to the new 2007 Outlook, I get the error:<br />
