Client Software Downloading Email delay

We have users that are experiencing days of delay on email messages.  They are able to view the message on Outlook Web Access, but on their MS Outlook, it does not download the message until about a few days later.  So also experience problem such as blank messages coming to the client machine, but in OWA, you'll able to read it.  What should I check?  This is happening for both PC and MAC users

MAC - Outlook 2011

It looks like it's happening more on the Entourage 2008 and 2011.  We are running Exchange 2010.

Can you clarify if it is only happening on Entourage or if it affects Outlook as well?

Have you tried creating a new mail profile for the user?

Try to delete the com.microsoft.browserfont.cache file in Users/[YourUserName]/Library/Caches.

Yes, i created a new profile.  I thought it was Entourage, so I installed Mac MS Outlook 2011 and it is still giving me the same problem.
We also have a few users with this issue. We also are using Outlook 2011 but the problem existed in Entourage. OWA as you say is fine and the users also get the emails on the mobile device.

Did you get a solution?
Same problem here.  Outlook 2011 client with Exchange 2010 has some messages delayed, sometimes for hours while they show up in OWA. Entourage also didn't work and I thought Outlook 2011 would be the answer.

This fixed our Outlook problem, but was not able to resolve the Entourage and Outlook 2011 (MAC) problem.
