VBA Outlook

How do I check that an Outlook object exists using VBA? I want to check that the find method below returns an object

Set objItem = objFolder.Items.Find("@SQL=(http://schemas.microsoft.com/mapi/id/{00062004-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}/8084001f LIKE '%" + emailad + "%')")
