RPC Proxy can't be pinged on Exchange 2010 HTTP(S) over RPC

I have Exhcange 2010 and TMG 2010 installed. Everything is working except for HTTP(S) over RPC. When I run the testexchangeconnectivity site it fails at RPC Proxy can't be pinged. When outlook tries to connect through outlook anywhere I get continuous login prompts. Please help, I am willing to try anything at this point.

Does RPC work internally if you bypass the FTMG server?

did you get a chance to configure rpc\https internally? (sorry if am repeating the same)
If it fails, is Outlook disconnecting @ directory?
Your help has saved me hundreds of hours of internet surfing.
