These users don't have Outlook Anywhere configured, they are just normal LAN Outlook clients and some of them are Windows Mobile phones. &nbsp;As I see in that article it pertains to users that have Outlook Anywhere configured right?

Even it is caused by an existing issue of SP1, as most users are not having the same problem, there must be somewhere different between the few users and the others. You may try enabling the detailed logs to see what happens under the table...

There is an update rollup 1 for Exchange 2010 SP1 I see. &nbsp;I will put that on tonight.

I'm not 100% sure this was the issue, but since I put on the update rollup for SP1 we haven't gotten any calls about prompts. &nbsp;Thanks
