Changing Network IP Address

I am changing my company's internet provider.  This change will change our public IP address.  The new provider tells me I will have to take care of changing the IP address in our network.  Our network consists of a Windows 2008 Server, a Netgear router, 3 Dell network switches, and 30 desktop computers running XP, Vista, or 7.  From my research I believe I only have to change the address in our Netgear router.  However, I did not set up this network and I am looking for a confirmation of my research.

Thanks guys!  It was reassuring to hear the same answer from two experts, and Hypercat's additional information (and generous "tip of the hat" to MISOperations) was nice also.  Wish me luck!
