I have a user that has lost some of his contacts on his phone. &nbsp;Any contact that he previously added on the phone is gone, though Outlook/Exchange still have the contacts. &nbsp;If you add a new contact on the phone, it does sync back to Outlook. &nbsp;The user says it takes a few days for the contact to disappear on the phone again. &nbsp;All the contacts entered in Outlook are synced to the phone.<br />

I opened a ticket with Blackberry and got no where.<br />

Today, the user exported all his outlook contacts to an Excel file. &nbsp;Outlook shows 2600 contacts, but the Excel document shows 1800 contacts. &nbsp;Is this related to the user's missing contacts?
