Disabling load balancing EIGRP

I have two routers doing mutual redistribution between EIGRP and OSPF (see diagram). One is redistributing OSPF with a metric of 100000, the other is redistributing with a metric of 90000.  I am still seeing load balancing (2 destinations to single host).  How do I put R2  in "standby", so nothing routes through it unless the other goes down? na
