Exchange 2010, 503 Thismail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-locale-mail address.

Ok i have built a brand new virtual server.

Windows 2008 R2 with Exchange 2010

Network card, has a public IP Address assigned to it no private as its in our data centre.

Everything has install correctly.

I can access my OWA from external

I can send email internally

But if I send an email from my hotmail account I get;

said: 503 Thismail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-locale-mail address. Please check your mail client settings or contact youradministrator to verify that the domain or address is defined for thisserver. (in reply to RCPT TO command)

I have checked everything my recieve connector is set to anoymous, i have disabled the windows firewall.

But still I can get external email to come through.

Please help im pulling ym hair out.
