MS licensing

I am bit confuse with MS licensing now they have introduced volume activation and have no clue how titworks (recently replace same pc with windows 7 installed PC0. I have company with 10-12 PCs and they are using the pre-installed windows OS and whenever i need to reload the windows or crashes i am using the OEM media and load the windows using the key on sticker. What's the best way to manage the license, can we get the Volume license for these 10 pcs? same thing for MS office as well we are using the product key card. please let me know what'st he best way to manage and buy the MS license for multiple PCs? thanks
And for server as well, currently we have win 2k3 & cals

so what license should I get if i am after VL?

Is OEM media (ISO) can be download from MS site? for example Win XP Pro with SP3
Not unless you have a tehnet account or are a partner.
Volume license can be purchased through a Micorosft partner.  Once you purchase you would have access to download media.

we do have eopen but i can only see VL media there
ok, so you already have the license why do you want OEM version?
