The instructions you posted describe how to create a table, not a dataset.

The database's datasets to contain the tables are obviously already defined, you're just going to build a new table inside.

The dataset names you are told to  provide are meant to store SPUFI's SQL statements and SQL output.

Actually, it looks like I'm trying to understand what VSAM dataset was used for the tablespace that was created.

Where do you see that VSAM is invloved?

the unique features that best fit the situation.

Determine the VSAM type DB2 used for the tablespace created
in task 14.

Your challenge is to write a brief description of why you think
this VSAM type is selected by DB2 for all tablespace creations.
