Recalling Outlook 2010 email "Sent on Behalf Of"

Hi everyone

Dealing with Outlook 2010 on XP and Win7, and Server 2008 SP1 with Exchange 2007 .

Our staff have the ability to send on behalf of our main contact address (legal@companyname) for emails to clients and suppliers, so the external recipients don't reply straight to a user's inbox.  We want replies to go to the main contact email we nominate (Legal) so it always gets checked.

We just upgraded to Office 2010 this week, and we needed to recall an email.  Our receptionist sent the email from her account, on behalf of the Legal address, as per usual.  However when trying to go to Sent Items > open the incorrect sent email > Actions > the "Recall This Message" option is greyed out.

She is able to recall normal email messages that she sends, from her email account, on behalf of herself.  But not on behalf of Legal.

All users are Delegates of the Legal mailbox we send on behalf of.

In Exchange Management Console > Mailflow Settings > Delivery options, all users have access.

This is obviously a big problem for us.  Does anyone know a way around this?

Thanks

Edit - I just noticed while logged on as the Legal user - File > Accounts Settings > Delegate Access > won't allow me to set permissions in Outlook for newly added users.

p.s.  I meant to post this to the Outlook section but have accidentally listed in Exchange as priority - can a moderator please change this?

Well....that stinks!

But thankyou for the link, I'll keep checking it and hope MS don't take too long to fix this.
This was the answer I was looking for, but not a "fix" as such.  Grr Microsoft!!!
