Router: Database disk quota exceeded

Hi
Today we sent an email to canon ,

that email should of go to 3 user at canon, we sent that email at 10 am

and at 4 pm we got this reply that :


our message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Weekly scrap list

Sent: 03/12/2010 11:53

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

first_last@cuk.canon.co.uk on 03/12/2010 11:53

The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.

2 of them received that email but one of them did not received .


i never seen this kind of message. its looks like to me a custom messages


shall i think the problem lies on Canon Server Or there is something to do with our server ??

It sounds like a problem at their end - the users disk quota is full.

Specifically the system generating the error is cuk-wdh1-ldom01.canonintra.net

I will assume by that name that it is a canon server, but just in case....if that server name looks like one of yours....that is the server with the issue. In all likelihood this is an issue on Canon's end and you can safely ignore the error.

that cuk-wdh ..  is their server. Its not ours. Also
this email came from postmaster at canon sitr.

So  i can ignore it. Right?
yes, their database size is full and that is the reason they are not accepting mail from your end
Ask them to check the server "cuk-wdh1-ldom01.canonintra.net" and disk space into that server
