unable to access website externally

After removed expired SSL certification and disable Require secure channel(SSL) communication on our website (IIS 6), I can no longer access website externally.  Internally, local computer and all clients can access website just fine.  When I try to access website externally, it returns "Under Construction" "The site you are trying to view does not currently have a default page. It may be in the process of being upgraded and configured"

I am hoping to run this website without SSL connection temporary until I can get new SSL certification.  The only change I made is remove old certification and disable require SSL connection.  What am i missing?  Please advice.  Thank you.

Thank you for your respond.  I am not an expert with IIS.  Could you be more specific on how to match website "settings" with host header and how do I verify the adapter for the external interface is bound to port 80.  Thank you very much.
Administrative tools
Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
Expand Computer
Expand Web Sites
Select the Web Site in question
and post the settings as they appear here.

In particular - look at the Web Site tab and see what the IP Address and Port settings are.

The IP Address usually reads (All Unassigned) and the ports should be 80 and 443

Also include the information you see in the "Advanced ..." button next to the IP Address box.
Thanks, SteveZ.  The website setting IP address is (All Unassigned), TCP port: 80, SSL port 443 as you described.  In "Advanced...", under Multiple identities for this web site, the IP address is Default with TCP port 80 and no Host header value.  Multiple SSL identities for this web site is gray out with IP address Default and SSL port 443. Please advice.
Hi SteveZ, I just figured it out why the external access is failed to our website.  It was our firewall.  For whatever the reason, our firewall was still only allow port 443 to forward to web server.  After restart the firewall and recreate rule for port 80 to forward to web server, its all good now.  Thank you for the pointer for verifying Port 80 connection.
