How to track/analyze email usage in Exchange/Outlook using Exchange hosted with Rackspace

Hello, we have Exchange hosted with Rackspace - as such, we do not have our own Exchange server that we totally control. As such, we really can't control things from a server level.

We would like to be able to generate reports - both for internal usage as well as for our clients - that show the number of emails that came (sent & received) in the course of a period of time (e.g.a month).

So let's say we have 10 clients and our client client named Mr. Smith has three employees - we would like to report on how many inbound and outbound emails were exchanged with our people from those three employees and Mr. Smith over the course of the last month.

This would either be some kind of Exchange solution - though that may be tough because we don't own the server - or perhaps it's some kind of OUTLOOK tool or plugin.

Please advise. Thanks!!!!
