IP printer queue vs network printer queue
I had a strange question asked of me the other day in a interview about what is the difference between and IP printer queue vs network printer queue, is there anyone that could fill me in.
I know you can address a printer by IP or by computer name and in AD you can set up various containers to group printers on a network and also know that you could set a computer to be a host to a LPT/USB type printer but im really left wondering what the question was trying to get at.
