Thank you for assisting but I already have the manual and so far it does not address this issue. Remember the machine has not yet booted so none of the options which can only be executed from the control panel can be used.

I changed the fax interface card on the HP CM2320 fxi printer and since then it will not complete the boot process even after I put the old card back in.<br />
The status bar shows goes up to about one third of the way but it goes no further than that.<br />

I really need to get this machine up.<br />
