How to I extract just the minutes from the time in Excel

I have a spreadsheet with the time as 5:00. I just want to have a column with 5 and another with 00 but I can't seem to figure out how to separate the 2. Any help would be appreciated.

All worked but Pabilio's is the one I used. Thanks so much
