SCOM 2007 R2 Discovery not working

Every time I try and run a discovery I receieve popup error "Health Service 'computer/domain' in which the location monitoring object is contained is not available. Make sure that the computer hosting the health service is online.

And a non popup error on the original discovery window saying "Computer discovery requires that the sql server broker service is running.

Troubleshooting steps are:
1) Rebooted everything
2) Verified SQL Broker service is set to 1 by running SELECT is_broker_enabled FROM sys.databases WHERE name='OperationsManager'
3) Verified that SPNs existing from running this command on the RMS: Ldifde -f c:\ldifde.txt -t 3268 -d DC=DOMAIN,DC=COM -r "(serviceprincipalname=MSOMHSvc/*)" -l serviceprincipalname -p subtree

Any other ideas? Nothing in event logs of suspect.

Ok I ran setspn -l 'username' and see a lot of old SPNs for the old RMS cluster account. I ran a setspn -R 'username' to reregister but I get a different format HOST/usernameFQDN instead of MSomSDKSVC. Could I delete it and reregister? Would I do this for the SCOM cluster account?
Ok I think everything is clear. I deleted just the old SPNs for the SDK account. It was showing up with the old RMS accounut.

Anyways still have issues.
