For now I still think database and paths to images stored on FTP is better solution, I'm not going to store more than 10.000 images, might be increased to 100.000 in future.

Hello Experts!<br />

I have to store images somewhere and I don't know which way I should choose:<br />
1. Hold them in database directly<br />
2. Keep them in ftp server and hold just links in database. I thought that's better solution because I save a lot of space in database and I can easier manage data in database, quicker backups etc.<br />
But not sure it's a good idea, maybe you have some experience with that, please suggest what you would do.<br />
