Hi,

I just got an APC Network Management card for my Smart UPS 1500.  I want to be able to gracefully shut down my host running Server 2008 R2 and 3 virtual machines (1- Server 2008 and 2 Server 2003).

Can some please tell me the steps I need to take to get this to work?

Thanks,
