@sgsm81 - Great point - I'd completely forgotten about that tool, and I've even had to use it during an audit. D'oh.

is it true you need them for server 8 and only for terminal services?

Not sure I understand the question. You need licences for everything you use. It's just that enforcement for regular cals (e.g. file and print services) is down to you (trust/honour) whereas with TS there's actual enforcement (no licence = no logon).
Experts Exchange has (a) saved my job multiple times, (b) saved me hours, days, and even weeks of work, and often (c) makes me look like a superhero! This place is MAGIC!
