outlook 2003 clients cannot pull OAB from Exchange 2010 mailbox server hosted OAB

hello, we are in a co-existence mode with exchange 2003 and exchange 2010. the OAB is hosted on our exchange 2010 mailbox server. we are noticing that our Outlook 2003 clients cannot pull an updated OAB update from the Exchange 2010s server. can someone provide a fix for this?

thx

Do outlook 2003 clients have service pack 3 installed? Also make sure they are configured for cache mode as oppose to online mode.

most clients do have SP3 installed and all are running in cached mode. the OAB is now hosted on an exchange 2010 maibox server and any outlook 2010 clients [whether a 2003 exchange user or a 2010 exchange user] can access the updated OAB fine. its only oulook 2003 users that cannot pull the updates from the exchange 2010 server hosting the OAB.

Check the link I provided in my second comment and this should hopefully provide some help.
