Website is timing out over through HTTPS. Website can be viewed from the server, but anywhere else

I cant access my website over SSL from any computer out in the public. On the server, the site can be reached over HTTPS, but if I try outside the web server, it just times-out. Any ideas??

I have SSL required set under Secure communications, installed the cert through Directory Security and installed the Intermediate cert through the MMC and placed it into the Intermediate Certificate store.

Again, server side, I can get to the site via HTTPS. Outside the server, it doesnt work and timesout.

Using IIS6 on Win Server 03.

What kind of firewall do you have in place between the IIS server and the Internet?
Is there a static NAT assigned from an external IP address to the IP address of the IIS server?
Is port TCP 443 allowed inbound to the static NAT for the IIS server?
Does the DNS host entry for the external IP address match the name on the SSL certificate?

Firewall was the issue. I added Port 443 and named it HTTPS in the Windows Firewall. Can't believe I missed that....
