Computer Maintenance

Hi Guys,
I give maintenance to different customer networks such as: Antivirus update and scanning, Malware and spyware scanning, Windows Update, Defragmentation, check the drive for errors, remove cookies and temporary files cleanup. Is there anything else I should do besides these things?.

Please advise.

I would add quarterly inside cleaning, and visual inspection.......

The rest of it you should be able to automate, and schedule as recurring tasks.....

you could also run a disk diag (short) to be sure about it's operation

What is the best way to get new clients because I advertise on the newspapaer and got only trouble people. Can you please tell me how to get new customers?.
