ntdll.dll is causing outlook 2007 to crash randomly

A user who has been running outlook 2007 on a W7 machine with exchange 2000 SBS successfully for years is suddenly haveing random crashes.  After she opens the program, she can open 1 email message but when she opens a second outlook crashes and needs to be restarted.  This happens randomly (not consistently).

The event log shows that ntdll.dll is causing the crash.  I am able to access the mail account from another computer running outlook 2007 without a problem (so not a server or database problem).  I have also completely uninstalled outlook 2007 on the computer and reinstalled it and up to date service packs but it does not fix the problem.

Here is the entry (the error number is 1000, which is not specfic to outlook. Here is the event log entry.

Sounds like a profile issue to me on that one machine.

blow away the outlook profile (saving psts or the pre-emp mail files if you need to), and then re-create the profile.
