Remote support for phones
Does anyone know of a program that will allow me to remotely control users phones for support. I want to access their phones from my pc. I know logmein has something like this but only for blackberry and symbian. I am looking for android and iphone as well. Thanks
RIM, WM5/6, iPhone and Andorid all can be controlled if they are connected to PC. Symbian I cannot say, I have never used phones with that OS.

So log me in has an option to control phones if they are connected to pcs? I already use log me in central. Is this included? Can someone point me to where it says this? Thanks guys.

You can remotely control the phones if they are connected to PC and the appropriate apps is installed on both pc and Phone.. and then you can control their pc to access phone..
Thats the only valid option availabe right now to the best of my knowledge.
