The biggest problem is we have a supernet of 255.255.254.0 and we need to port forward to both [10.154.32.2~10.154.33.254
Also we need ONE VPN tunnel.
I am really looking for something quick and easy. Hopefully with a GUI.

Have nice gui and lot of powerful options
I am currently using the WRV200 and I can only port forward to the 10.154.32.0 not to the 33.0.
We wokeup today with a new piece of equipment and cannot remote in or FTP out. Bummer.
I personnaly use at a client site a Kerio Firewall Appliance to do the port fowarding for their network
10.0.0.x and their iptelephony 172.16.1.x and work very well.
Probably any more advanced firewall will do the trick. (If you are looking for open source alternative I already
worked with SmoothWall - linux based firewall).

For Check Point UTM-1 Edge

Both are small, entry level appliances and work quite well. I prefer the Juniper solution, and you can get them quite cheap these days
HTH
Work great, web interface and command line. do support Firewall, VPN and advanced routing.

That was easy, wasnt it. If you dont tell us what you are looking for, we cant answer your questions bud.
All of the above still do routing and they do routing very well.
You mentioned port forwarding, which implies something more than a router, hence the recommendations of devices that do routing and proper natting (port forwarding)
As well as most uses of routers these days involve some form of security, that seems to be the way that small businesses, home offices etc are going.
anyways, if this doesnt help you, please elaborate on ALL your requirements and we will assist further where we can
