I use a &quot;Has Been Read&quot; folder to keep my Inbox clear. &nbsp;So I do several dozen drag and drop moves from &quot;Inbox&quot; to &quot;Has Been Read&quot; each day.<br />

Is there a way to automate this movel, that could be triggered by a shortcut key? &nbsp;I would like to select the email from the Inbox, press the shortcut keys, and have the email moved to &quot;Has Been Read&quot;.<br />

I can write various scripting language, though have not done so in Lotus Notes.<br />

Any help with this would be appreciated.<br />

Is there a way to automate this movel, that could be triggered by a shortcut key?  I would like to select the email from the Inbox, press the shortcut keys, and have the email moved to "Has Been Read".

Shortcut key function to move selected email to specified folder

Lotus Software produced the Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program, and later developed Lotus Notes, a groupware and email system. Following its acquisition by IBM, the Notes and Domino client/server collaborative platform were expanded to include functions such as email, calendars, to-do lists, contacts management, teamrooms, discussion forums, file sharing, microblogging, instant messaging, blogs, and user directories. IBM also release SmartSuite, a comprehensive office suite, and followed that with Symphony, unrelated to the Lotus suite of the same name.
