Setup Outlook Holidays Company-Wide

Hi All,
I am wondering if there is a way I can add holidays to the entire Exchange organization's calendar without having the users do any of the work.

Is there a way to push this out through GPO or even some way to use Exchange System Manager to do it?

I forgot to mention, we use Outlook 2000 - 2007.  Exchange 2003.
