"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I assume you're using Outlook? In that case, you can move all data (mail, contacts, calendards, etc) to an Outlook Data File - also known as .PST file.

Once your Exchange environment is set up and your Outlook clients can connect, add the PST file to Outlook (File\Open\Outlook Data File). Then you can keep the situation as is or move everything to the Exchange mailbox and get rid of the PSTs. The last option is better as the data is then stored in Exchange and will be managed and backed up centrally.
