How to share files between VM Host and Guest using a Host Only network

I have VM server on my computer and the guest is configured to run on a Host Only network so that it does not interfere with my network. How can I transfer files between the host and the guest on a Host Only network?

Create a quick ISO with WinImage or MakeIso, and then mount the ISO cdrom.
Although the vmhgfs module still built/included in vmtools

My apologies, they've never implemented Shared Folders in the VMware Server product. Back to creating an iso I'm afraid.

Okay, could have used a virtual iso, and saved a DVD, but physical media is one way. Shame Shared Hosts never made it into VMware Server.

Advice given is the correct answer. But the Author decided to burn a DVD! It would have been quicker if he'd used an iso.
