Looking for free file replication software

I've got a computer that I'm using as a file server of sorts.  It has two hard disks of equal size, one of which I have installed the windows operating system on.

I've got several shares and a subversion repository housed on this main drive.  The other drive is currently blank.

I'm looking for a free piece of software that will allow me to schedule a replication of important files from disk A to disk B.

I'm not concerned with incremental backups, I just want all of the files in a directory that I specify on one drive to be copied over and overwrite the current contents of the the other drive.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

What kind of OSes do you use (Win 2003R2 or Win 2008)? If os, you can use DFS-R in 2008 or some script and task scheduler in Windows 2003

Krzysztof
