outlook 2007 is not sending out out of office replies

One of my users are not getting out of office replies. We are using Exchange 2007 with outlook 2007. Exchange is sitting on server 2003.
Andy advice would be welcome

Exchange 2007 was restarted on Thursday night and its only happening to one user. I have tested other users and they are getting the out of office replies.
Verify if the MSExchangeMailboxAssistants” service is started on the exchange server on which the user resides. Also is there any problem when the enters his OOF using outlook. Does he get any error. Just to understand better, the user doesnt receive the OOF messages from other I right?
