How to trim / truncate numeric data from an alfanumeric field ?

Hello, this one is killing me ! Pleae help....
I'm new on Crystal Reports and use the dutch version, don't know the english names. Sorry :-(

I have this table with alfanumeric fields. It contains data like
J100
Amerika 995
678.95

I only need the numeric part (100, 995, 678,95)
Any idea how to achieve this ?
