vb6 to vb,net conversion

Can someone tell me what version converts vb6 appliications most efficiently?
I have tried 2005 with reasonable results but will I get better results by using 2008 for example?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

no. the language differences between classic vb and .net are too big to have a seriously good results from imports/conversions ...
the more advanced things had been used in the vb app, the better a rewrite!
